Oakwood’s Crematory building

On March 24, 2020 Oakwood Cemetery put its new state of the art Crematory Facility into full operation.

It represents the largest capital project in Oakwood’s history. It was funded 100% by the Oakwood Cemetery Association independent of any outside financial assistance.

The building is elegantly adorned in stone and features a double door mahogany entry to a private viewing room and offices. The viewing room affords the opportunity for a family get together prior to the cremation process beginning.

The Crematory Facility itself allows for funeral directors to deliver your loved one in a discreet manner in our large double entry garage completely out of the public view.
